Quantum Gorgon

“When I was in high school I had this dream that my back yard was filled with statues. I looked and saw a gorgon walking around among them. She spied me and looked over at me, but when I didn't turn to stone she became infuriated. She wailed and screamed. I noticed some of my friends in the front yard who needed to get through my back yard to the other side, but they dared not. I went to them and told them to close their eyes and that I would lead them through the yard. I did, which enraged the snakehead woman even more.
