Healing Seven

"Seven is a number of healing and an excellent place to facilitate healing is in the Earth. Make time to meditate and imagine yourself sinking into the Earth. There buried, dirt surrounds you and sucks out impurities. Give it time to allow all the impurities to be drawn out, then let the Earth nurture your body. Be the Earth and imagine your body to be the entire planet. What does that feel like? While in this state imagine what the Earth requires, then magically create it and give it to her. It could be more light, or peace or maybe just a color. Let what first comes to your mind happen, even if it seems weird or violent." - Nielsen
